Every year I have to try and find this recipe because it’s a family favorite! Which means looking thru old Facebook messages from my sister to find it again lol…So this year I’m going to be smart and I’m just going to post it to my website. I’m assuming “mamaw” probably got this recipe from some magazine or other at some point in time… but my niece wrote this out in elementary school when she was just a tiny thing (probably about age 7’ish). It was part “practice writing skills” and have a recipe she could keep for a cookie she loved. My kids and niece (now all adults) still love these cookies and this is the only copy of the recipe we can find after mamaw passed away several years ago. Without further adieu I present to you: my nieces hand written cookie recipe. Short post… but these two photos say it all!
