Dogs love peanut butter! And Conestoga Chuck is no exception to this rule lol. We decided to up the fun on treat time with a fun treat puzzle which Conestoga Chuck and lil bit love! You just stick a treat inside and they have to figure out how to get it out. But it also works with healthy treats… like a dollop of sour cream, a carrot, or… peanut butter!

We wanted to make sure not to get any peanut butter with any added ingredients that are harmful to dogs as well as low in sugar and salt etc … so we opted for PB2 dried peanut powder. I took a nibble and it tastes pretty good! Which will be awesome for keeping in the RV since it won’t go bad as fast as regular peanut butter, weighs less, and we will not have to mix the oils back into the peanut butter before scooping it out which is often an issue with all natural peanut butter. This stuff is awesome and staying on the kitchen cupboard must have list 🙂

It’s super easy to use too! Just get a couple spoonfuls out and dribble a tiny bit of water in to make a thick paste. It doesn’t take much water at all! Then roll it into a ball and stuff it into the treat puzzle for some happy pups! Once they finish with their treats they tend to carry around the puzzle balls like toys/balls and play with them for a while too so the entertainment value is great!

These puzzle balls and the PB2 were well worth the purchase price for both pups because the winter weather has created a bit of cabin fever for everyone lol. So a big thumbs up for this new play combo 🙂 and occasionally they bring me the puzzle ball asking for a treat to be placed in it lol.

Conestoga Chuck approved! 🙂
